14-day withdrawal period
Where applicable under consumer law, customers may notify Apex Weave of their decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
Return condition
Products must be returned without damage beyond the handling needed to inspect them.
Installed, modified, drilled, cut, sanded, used or damaged products may not be accepted where legally permitted.
Return shipping
For non-defective returns, return shipping may be paid by the customer where legally permitted and clearly disclosed.
Made-to-order products
Standard catalogue options such as Twill / Plain and Gloss / Matte are not automatically treated as personalised goods.
Only genuinely non-standard or clearly personalised products may be excluded from withdrawal rights where legally valid and disclosed before purchase.
