SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Most Apex Weave products are made to order, prepared after purchase or supplier-processed after the order and motorcycle fitment details have been confirmed.

Unless a different estimate is stated on the relevant product page or confirmed for a specific order, the estimated delivery time is approximately 25–30 calendar days after payment and all required fitment information has been confirmed.

This is an estimated delivery period and not a guaranteed delivery date.

1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY AND CHARGES

Shipping availability, available delivery methods and shipping charges depend on factors including:

- the destination country and delivery address;
- the product type;
- parcel size and weight;
- available logistics routes;
- carrier restrictions;
- customs requirements;
- remote-area or island delivery conditions.

The destinations currently available for direct online ordering are shown at checkout.

The shipping charge displayed at checkout before payment is the shipping charge applicable to the order.

Shipping charges, free-shipping offers and delivery methods may change for future orders. Free shipping applies only where it is expressly displayed at checkout.

We may also be able to arrange delivery to destinations that are not currently available at checkout. Customers may contact us before ordering so that we can confirm:

- shipping availability;
- estimated delivery time;
- shipping cost;
- available customs arrangements.

Remote areas, islands, restricted territories, oversized parcels or unusually heavy products may require a different shipping arrangement or an additional charge.

Where an additional charge or alternative arrangement is required after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer before production or dispatch. We will not impose an additional shipping charge without the customer’s agreement.

2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS AND FITMENT CONFIRMATION

Most products are made, prepared or supplier-processed after the order and required fitment information has been confirmed.

We may contact the customer to verify information including:

- motorcycle manufacturer and model;
- model year;
- regional or market version;
- original component shape;
- mounting points;
- existing motorcycle modifications.

Delays in providing requested fitment information may delay production and delivery.

If compatibility, production feasibility or shipping availability cannot reasonably be confirmed, we may place the order on hold and contact the customer before production.

An order being marked as paid does not necessarily mean that production or supplier processing has started.

3. TRACKING AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Tracking information will normally be provided after the parcel has been dispatched or entered the carrier network.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear.

Some international deliveries may use more than one carrier. Tracking information may change when the parcel enters the final delivery network.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate parcels because of:

- different production times;
- different suppliers;
- parcel dimensions or weight;
- carrier restrictions;
- destination requirements.

Where available, separate tracking information will be provided for each parcel.

4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.

Production or delivery may be affected by:

- delayed fitment confirmation;
- supplier or production delays;
- quality-control requirements;
- customs clearance;
- carrier delays;
- public holidays;
- adverse weather;
- remote-area delivery;
- inaccurate or incomplete customer information;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory right available to the customer where delivery is not completed within an agreed or legally required period.

5. DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS

For deliveries within the European Union, customers are normally not expected to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

For many destinations outside the European Union, Apex Weave may be able to arrange duties-paid or DDP-style shipping.

Where a duties-paid arrangement is available and included for a specific order, this will be displayed at checkout, confirmed with the customer before production, or stated in the order confirmation.

The availability of duties-paid or DDP-style shipping depends on factors including:

- destination country;
- delivery address;
- order value;
- product category;
- parcel size and weight;
- available logistics route;
- local customs requirements.

Duties-paid shipping may not be available for every destination or every order.

Where duties or taxes are not expressly confirmed as included, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or local handling fees.

Customers who would like confirmation of the likely customs arrangement for their destination should contact us before ordering.

Customers are responsible for providing any identification, tax number, customs code or documentation lawfully requested by the carrier or customs authority.

6. DELIVERY INFORMATION

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate:

- customer name;
- delivery address;
- apartment, building or unit information;
- postal code;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- customs or identification information where required.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an error is identified.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production, fulfilment or shipping preparation has begun.

Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal to provide required customs information, refusal to pay applicable import charges or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer or deducted from an otherwise refundable amount.

This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by Apex Weave or by a carrier acting on our behalf.

7. FAILED, REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

Refusing a parcel or failing to collect it does not automatically constitute a valid cancellation or withdrawal request.

If a parcel is returned because the recipient:

- provided an incorrect or incomplete address;
- did not respond to the carrier;
- refused delivery;
- failed to collect the parcel;
- failed to provide lawfully required customs information;
- declined to pay applicable import charges,

reasonable outbound shipping, return shipping, storage, customs, carrier or handling costs may be deducted from an otherwise refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.

8. DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers should photograph:

- the outer packaging;
- the shipping label;
- the internal packaging;
- the product.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible before installation or modification and provide:

- the order number;
- tracking number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs or videos where relevant.

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but it has not been received, customers should first check with household members, neighbours, the local carrier and the delivery location.

We may request reasonable cooperation with a carrier investigation.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, Apex Weave will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, reshipment, refund or another appropriate solution.
